Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content is provided via a link sent to you by email.
The email containing the access details for the digital content will be sent within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of prepayment, after your payment instruction).
Digital content is also made available in your customer account.
Provision takes place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of prepayment, after your payment instruction).
You will also be notified by email once the content is available.
Delivery times:
Unless a different deadline is specified in the product description, delivery within Germany takes 1–3 business days; international deliveries take 5–21 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of prepayment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
